Vernon Development Group is developing an office campus located in Tinley Park, Illinois. Situated on a 20 acre site, the completed Campus will have six multi-tenant, two- story office buildings which feature bold architectural design, spacious common areas, walking paths and lavish landscape. Five buildings are identical at 23,050 sq/ft and the sixth building, which is the largest, is 38,000 sq.ft. All have beautifully detailed, large two story atriums.
Phase One construction is complete and 60% occupied. Network Realty Group, Konika Minolta, Celtic International and NPC National Processing Company all have moved into the campus.
Phase Two is currently under construction with 3 additional buildings. A 2 mile walking path, additional ponds, sitting benches, gazebos, outdoor wireless internet access and beautiful scenic landscaping will complete this final phase.
