Steven A. Vernon has worked in many different construction capacities from laborer to supervisor of a framing crew building homes and office build outs. He is a licensed electrical and HVAC contractor and has designed electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial work. He has experience in the operation of trenching and excavation equipment of many types. He is familiar with a variety of surveying equipment and spent time supervising a site crew responsible for taking and identifying all site work elevations on a small dam project with the Army Corp of Engineers. He is familiar with and has laid both plastic and cast iron pipes for a variety of water and storm detention projects. Steve managed work for the Tinley Corporate Center involving the coordination of gas, electric, telephone, storm and sewer lines, water main and road construction for a 70 acre office and light industrial park.

As your construction manager, Steve would be responsible for all areas of construction supervision, project coordination, quality control, on site sequencing of activities, etc. We will discuss these responsibilities in detail in item 3-Service.

Steve is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He concentrated on engineering, specializing in the area of mechanical and structural engineering. He sat for and passed the Pennsylvania engineer in Training E.I.T. test. In addition he has worked toward a master's degree in Business administration at Northern Illinois University.
